24-48 Hour Cancelation/Reschedule Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you.
You, and your appointment are very important to me. I am genuinely excited to see each and every one of you and love that I am able to help you with your skin.
I understand that life gets busy and sometimes things may come up and that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Due to the fact that I typically have a 6-8 week long wait list, many individuals would be thrilled if they were able to take your appointment time in the event you are unable to make it. However, if I have less than 48 hours notice I am typically unable to reach out to many of them. Therefore, I respectfully require a 48 hour notice for all cancelations or requests to reschedule appointments. This allows me to have the opportunity to contact those on my waiting list to try to fill your time slot. (In the event that you need a last minute appointment, you’ll be pleased if I have ample time to contact you about last minute openings as well!)
If you are unable to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time the following policy will apply:
Appointments rescheduled within 48 hours will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount and will be added to your next service or may be paid via phone.
Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours or “no shows” will be charged the full price of the reserved service amount and will be added to your next service or may be paid via phone. A credit card number will be required to reserve all future appointments.
Anyone who “no shows” for their appointment may be denied the ability to schedule future services.
If you were planning on using a gift certificate for your appointmnet & are unable to give at least 24 hours notice of the need to reschedule, your gift certificate will be considered redeemed in full.
Payment is due at the time of service

Checks (for customers who've never bounced a check). If your check does not clear, you will be charged a $35 service fee & all future services will need to be paid at the beginning of your scheduled appointment time with cash, credit or debit card.
If your credit card is declined you will be required to return with cash or check within 24 hours of your service. All future services will need to be paid at the beginning of your scheduled appointment time with cash or a working credit or debit card
I hate policies. Perhaps even more than you do. However, we all know they are necessary in order to maintain a healthy level of professionalism & make sure that I am able to continue to provide services to you and all of the lovely people I am so happy to help with their skin.

Because I process all orders myself I am unable to accommodate last minute orders, for shipment or in-store pickup.
48 business hours is required to process all orders of in-stock products.
Often I receive order request emails while I am performing skincare treatments that I give my undivided attention to and am unable to pause these services to fulfill last minute order requests.
I often get requests like, "I'll be in the area today & want to stock up on products, can I stop by?" or "I'm going out of town this weekend and I'm out my products, can you send some to me today, so I can have them tomorrow in time for my trip?" While I used to be able to accommodate such requests, due to the to increased volume of orders & in-office appointments, I will not longer be able to accommodate expedited orders.
All orders are processed and shipped before or after business hours and until I have a team of little elves or outsource to a fulfillment center your patience is greatly appreciated!
Because all of my products are made in small batches and highly popular, there are times that I may run out of them more rapidly expected and before a new batch is made. Some products take 2-6 weeks to produce. You will be notified if any of your requested items are out of stock and will be given the option of receiving the products asap, an alternate product, or a refund.
If you know you'll be needing to replenish your products and want to ensure they are available for you at your next appointment, please place an order online and leave a note at checkout that you want your products held until your next appointment or shipped to you.
Product requests will no longer be held any longer than 48 hours without being paid for.
If you are unable to schedule a skincare consultation as rapidly as you would like to try products, you may purchase a Deluxe Skincare Sampler Kit & leave your top 2 skin concerns in the notes section of the check out process & a customized sampler set of products that may be most appropriate for you will be sent to you. This is a great way to sample my products prior to ordering full sizes.
Returns are not accepted for any reason other than manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part. You must notify Healthy Skin AZ of such defects or errors & return the item within 10 days of your purchase. We will pay the return shipping costs.
After your item is returned and inspected we will help you determine whether the item should be replaced or refunded.
Since we do not take returns for any other reason, it is highly recommended that you schedule a skin care coaching consultation with Breanna to determine exactly which products are right for you, or purchase a sampler kit prior to purchase of full size products.
We do not offer refunds for items that have already shipped.
If an item is on back order or is temporarily of stock, you will be notified within 48 business hours of placing your order. If you choose to wait for the item to be in stock, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. If you choose not to wait to recieve your items, you will be refunded in the manner you originially paid.
If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Refunds for items that are returned due to manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part will not be processed until they are returned and inspected.
